No, I don't think they are a public company. The Investor's information section on the web site doen't even mention a ticker symbol or even an address or phone for investor realtions.

Norbert, As you no doubt know, Solomon is out: biz.yahoo.com My initial take is that Knudson's partners said "Enough!" Something had to be done before the annual meeting. Now there is a chance that the new CEO wil be announced or introduced at the annual meeting on the 17th. A person of reasonable calibre being announced should cause a tradeable rally. But it will be trading with the more important news on the horizon, about to be revealed. That should make it dicey for day traders and all. Steve
