At last, someone with first hand knowledge of the technology. Roger, have you ever made a comparison of 3D's equipment and the competitors? Stratasys seems to be the main threat, but based on the market movement they seem to be fading. I look at 3D's R&D spending versus competitors and conclude that they should dominate if this money is spent wisely. I never did find out if part of the R&D budget went to CIBA for resin development or if this was funded entirely by CIBA. Anyone know?
