I've had great success with them. See my bids immediately showing up in NASDAQ quotes. Every broker has bugs with the volume going through. Haven't even used all their other great services. Wish they had account maintenance stuff, like Schedule D, transfer to Quicken, etc., but I don't think others have that. Also wish option commissions were lower, but that seems to be pervasive as very few have active consumer option business. Overall Waterhouse has been great, quick, efficient, responsive.
