Another point I just noticed. Small and mid-cap stocks have been steadily consolidating. Prior to this week the gainers vs. losers ratio in the contest was in a lower bracket, like .25 to .50. It looks like the over 2.50 crowd is showing the most strength now. Probably not surprising.

Regarding hassling the company, if I was a KZAP sized investor, I'd haul my fifth wheel into headquarter's front yard and pull off the wheels 'till I got an audience.

TG,

No, I'm not in IKAR.
My BIG successes this year have been in APCO, NETZ, AVBC & SETO.
I could have left one or two out.
My big losses so far this year have been *#^~ CVIA & FAMH. Gainers
lead losers. Unless I sell out now of *#^~ company. Its not a loss
(or a gain) until the sell, right?

Mike,
Too far to drive! Unless I take a week one way. I may be looking
for a 5th wheel buyer in the near future. <ggg>>>> The camping and
vacation is great! It's just the drive. Where the Heck is everyone
going anyway? I read on another thread where someone suggested
SI raise the membership fee to $1,000 to keep out certain unwanted.
Could we also raise the price of fuel to $5 a gallon? Cigarettes
to $5 a pack? Crash the stock market? What do we need here?<g>

Back to CSMA.........
Like mentioned earlier on the thread. Whoever is running Ad-HaTTeRs
is doing a bang up job! If not for that one little part, CSMA would
we close to worthless. That's about the only reason I keep faith
in the company. LPS hasn't delivered. The disposal well is
somewhere in Utah. (what else can I say?) And the Oil & Gas part
doesn't seem to be producing. (I still have some hope in the last
small venture.)
But Ad-HaTTeRs is expanding! Record sells! And more good news
will follow! I really wish I could have just invested my money
in that part of CSMA nine months ago. That would have been a
Great investment! IMHO.................

From what I see on the thread now its CSMA bashing time. Maybe I
should just sit back and let everyone have at it and trash the
stock down to the teens. Don't bash me, bash the stock. Its just
my opinion that one day CSMA will pull out of the pit and make
some money. The books are not closed yet.

Happy investing!

TG and all. I have been thinking about whats been happening with the company over the last couple of months and invite comment on what you all think. The price of the stock has fallen by about 50%. Why? Reviewing the news releases from end of march.

03/25/98 Contract signed with National Tank for disposal services by Envirotech unit.

04/06/98 Addhatters to be profitable

04/08/98 3Q sales and earnings statement

04/22/98 Coconino Oil& Gas investment

04/30/98 Merger with Buffalo Cap.

Since the signing of the contract with National Tank what progress has been made in getting the well into compliance with Class V and operation? No official company news in 2 months in regards to this. Addhatters profitability looks to be a big plus for CSMA with sales growing. 3Q earnings statement shows most of the companies sales are from Addhatters operation no breakdown on sales or expenses from other divisions. The purchase of an operating interest in a gas well by the Oil & Gas division for a continuing revenue stream and also plans on drilling in their gas field interests. The announcement of a reverse merger with Buffalo Cap. to become a reporting company and also open the door to venture capital. Whats up with that? Are there any timetables that the company is looking at to complete this reverse merge that can be announced officialy. Also what sort of capital is the company looking to obtain and how are they looking to structure it. In the statement H K said that they would be looking to announce something soon.

On the companies decline in share price. What could be causing it.

Lack of interest and uncertainy by the public in a currently non reporting entity?
Risks associated with trading on the BB?
Dilution that is unknown?
A new target for shorts?
A bad technical stock chart that has broken support at .50 and sits around the last gap price of .37? Which way does it go from here?

Fundamentaly where should the stock be valued with the risks associated with it? The pluses are to me the AddHatters division and the Envirotech operation when it becomes operational. One would think that with the way the legislation was enacted in Utah in a very rapid manner that any delays should be of a short term nature. The company should make the shareholders aware of any progress in this area or any delays. Negatives being LPS, nothing has happened here. The Oil&Gas operation I don't profess to have a great grasp on what is entailed, but can see it as a capital intensive operation associated with risk if they come up empty.

It is extremely dangerous to average down in a situation like this, but I find myself doing so. I don't recomend this to anyone. If over the next month or so the company gets on with the merger, becomes reporting and gets some sort of progress on the disposal well with a firm timetable for commencement of operation and contracts for usage, I will not change my long term outlook. I do believe that Carole is correct in saying that management should be contacted directly and made aware of shareholder concerns. After all it is the shareholders also that have a vested interest in the companies direction. Perhaps this avenue should be persued more aggressivley. It has been a month since the last official news release by the company, with everything going on, I hope I don't have to wait another month. I am not looking for a hype type release, just something official from the company. Possibly an open letter to shareholders saying whats been going on and what the outlook is for the future direction of the company. To me the potential return on my investment as compared to the risk is ok, but the company should take some sort of stance on removing some of the uncertainies with factual information. These are my own opinions about the company and my investment. What are yours?

Good weekend to all.

Dave
