I don't think Bristol holds the majority of FAMH stock. Been told that they may hold about 20% which means they have a significant interest. Arif Adam (CEO) holds the majority but that may change with time because he can't just keep issuing himself shares or EVERYONE will bail. He apparently understands the problem NOW -- not real smart about being a public company. FAMH was a private company for 15 to 20 years. Takes a while to change.
