SI - 7 day sentiment is the lowest since some time in July of 1996, is this a contrarian indicator or are we all "contrarians" <gggg>

At that time every one expected the end of the bull market.Since then market rallied some 50%. Well not exactly.

Is this time "different"???? <ggg>

Hi Bill what is your Barrons compilation show??

Well; It's just one more lesson; No one can understand your
indicators or signals as well as you can , and the other way
around, you can't follow their play and do it like they do

Every one has to have a style they understand and if it works
stick with it. The timing at least for me need not be so critical,
as long as it's a little in front of the curve as that's my
style. I have not been able to play behind the curve, and
still keep my nerve.

No one is going to hit the tops and bottoms exactly on except we get lucky at times, the window I seem to focus on may take as much as a day or day and a half to actually happen.
Then again it may happen in several hours but if I wait to see if I'm right by then I'm chasing the curve and that robs me of the
original confidence I had, or makes me feel like I'm the lamb
caught between to wolves.

I know my indicators work and don't need to look at others to
validate them for me.

Have you ever watched two good players play chess or checkers, while
watching you can see easily all kinds of good moves they don't seem to
see...( but you do not see what they do or the reason they
make what looks like a foolish move ) ; get in the game with either
one of them and it's not so easy. <G>

We just can't play another mans hand, or them ours. I've said this
enough now that I ought to remember it..but damm if the urge
don't seem to slip in on me from time to time when I least expect it to.
