Guys

I have read with interest your posts on CAYC on this thread, and the thread started by Joe Copia as well.

I am very interested in the company, though there are few things that remain disturbing despite all that is being said in its defense.

This company has seen its share price fall from a high of over $5/share in February (at the time of its acquisition announcement), to as low as $.16 in the last week or so. I find it hard to believe that this was simply a result of a MM short squeeze, as described by Steve on the CAYC thread. The latest news adds nothing to what we already know.

Steve insists that this is a case of "assets...trading well below their book value", and he may be right - but I am interested to hear of any other views on CAYC and its affiliates before going into the market on Monday.

Thanks

Larry (in London)
