I understand your point of view as a customer. The answers to your specific questions can only be answered by the company. You have an obligation as a customer to contact your supplier and tell him the reasons why the service offered does not meet your needs and what is needed to meet your needs. Obviously, you don't need me to tell you that, and I apologize and hope you are not offended. I'm just trying to protect our investment from those who COULD misinterpret you positive input...
