I'll check out your method. There are hundreds of TA methods to analyze stocks, point & figure, moving averages, MCAD ind, you name it. TA plus Fundementals are what I use. For a quick check, I use 45 to 50 day MA. It shows you the trend. This creates a smooth line above or under the chart. When the stock breaks below, you sell, when it breaks above, you buy. Using a lower MA number causes the chart and trend line to close. Everyone is different, some use 30, 45 50, 60, the choice is yours.
