Did John own share of FIBR before? Another strange thing is that he even does not have option as FIBR's other executives, what would be his motivation to promote the share price?

<< If I read the proxy right, I find it a little odd that John Gorman owns ZERO shares of FIBR. Now that's management support! >>

Hmmm...management support. Compare the info in this latest proxy with the info in a proxy 7 months ago.

Shares outstanding increased to 21,452,388 from 17,787,607-- an increase of 3,664,781 or 20.6%
Par Chadha's beneficial ownership decreased to 1,180,119 from 2,426,551-- a decrease of 1,246,432 or 51.4%

How does it feel to know that your shareholder equity has been diluted 20% in 7 months while your fearless leader Par has dumped over 1 million shares?

Ignorance is bliss...
