Malaysia Plans To Allow Sales Of Viagra - Newspaper

KUALA LUMPUR (AP)--Malaysia plans to permit
sales of the male impotence drug Viagra, a local
newspaper reported Saturday.

Malaysian Health Minister Chua Jui Meng said that
because the drug appears to be more beneficial than
harmful, the registration process would continue, The
Star newspaper reported.

Chua said the drug could be available in Malaysia within
18 months.
