McGinnis talked about the issue of analyst coverage in response to one of the questions. He said that he recognized the importance of coverage by a "a major wire house" and that they had talked to a number of institutions lately, but that after what happened with the last group, that failed to come through with coverage, he would no longer be mentioning anything about the possibility of coverage until the analyst report was in his hand.

The rumor going round is that the previous coverage was tied to the DBCO deal - and when that fell through, the coverage fell through.

A firm usually has a 30 day wait period from the completion of a finance deal to starting coverage. So if Jefferies or Nesbitt Burns starts coverage, it will probably not be until the end of June at the earliest - and may wait until after earnings.
