Hello Bill First of all, there is some debate on the outstanding shares. If i remember correctly, 27.8 million to 29 million shares outstanding. The company supposed to retire a few million. They were issued for services rendered however the agreement was not forfilled. roughly 9 million float, If you need any financials, I can email them to you. The quarter that ended Jan 31st....company lost .008 cents (8/10th of a cent). The quarter ending April 30th....PROFITABLE...how much? WE should know shortly. Take care.....Skip
