Ok guys, just so you can't ever say the Big Dog don't tell it like it is... I have heard from ONE industry source that there is under-reported weakness in the GOM jackup market. I am told that TDW has 13 boats tied up at the dock...something that hasn't happened in a very long time. I am told there are numerous jackups that are completing wells and simply remaining on location because they do not have follow-on work. I also hear that oil companies ARE cutting back on drilling programs NOW. THIS INFO IS FROM ONE SOURCE ONLY, albeit a reliable source. These reports may or may not be true. I will seek to confirm next week. IF they are true I think it is a temporary lull and I remain a horny bull. Still long and strong. Big 'Un
