Hello Gunther Wake up buddy!! Please stop dreaming.. US will continue to trade with China. If you look at the yesterday news or previous entries by Mohan, US president talked to his counterpart on the Indo-Pak issue on the yellow hotline :=).. Instead of lamenting this we should make our friends in US here aware of this China-Pak nexus and US-China trade imbalances and hypocracies. As Mohan said earlier, Bubba's foreign policies are written by Monica baby :=). Gunther, nothing against you, friend, but I thought that it was a wishful thinking on your part to ask for US-India to be closer in the shorter term. This will take sometime. If you feel stronger about the whole thing, I think you should write to President Clinton about it yourself. This might be like banging against a wall, but if large number of people do it, it will have an impact. My best to you Regards Ravi
