Key strategic question is to buy nor or wait for after the split. When will the split take place. Do they have to get shareholder approval? If so when will that be?

Take a look at ACMCD. That reverse split cost shareholders dearly. AQCR on the other hand prospered. So it all depends on how it is handled.

If people are convinced the company has a future, the reverse split will only cause pain for a little while.

I personally will buy now and buy more later.

Where did you all get the idea of a reverse stock split?
I've never seen that.

One of my roommates at Clemson got his BS and MS from Nebraska - never did get his Phd at CU though.

I've been in the same boat as you, having to sell something inorder jump on something more attractive. So far GLCP has made the cut. What I really need is a slush fund.

BTW, I'm in BLHG also. I'm disappointed so far, but with more impending news and the fact that they seem to have a good game plan will keep me in them for a while longer.
