Well there Mr. Nice Guy... I have been known to trot out a negative thought once in a while. Why do I do it? Maybe because I'm looking for help in coming to a conclusion about something that's popped into my head or been brought up and I haven't the knowledge or resources to effectively think it through. It is an excellent example of a high performing team when that can happen in a supportive environment. Lazarus, slippers off again P.S. Oh yes, there are a great many other reasons why one might do so... and many of them are not altruistic!
