Dan and the rest of the good guys: I just returned from out of town trip,and have finished reading the past 30-40 post that I missed. THE SPARING CONTINUES,SAME OLE CRAP, NOTHING EVER CHANGES... I WILL STATE THE FOLLOWING AS MY OPINION AS A "THINKING STOCKHOLDER OF ASTG" IN MY OPINION: UNTILL, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE ADDRESSED....IT WILL BE THE SAME THIS TIME NEXT YEAR. 1. REMOVE ALL EXISTING PERSONS, WHO HAVE HAD ANY CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE AREAS OF MANAGEMENT DURING THE LAST 2 YEARS. 2. HAVE A CERIFIED ACCOUNTING FIRM DO A COMPLETE AUDIT OF ALL BOOKS AND RECORDS, BRING THIS COMPANY UP TO DATE AS TO WHAT IT IS AND WHERE IT IS. WITHOUT THERE TWO HAPPENING, I CANNOT SEE ANY REAL FUTURE FOR THIS COMPANY....MY REASON IS DUE TO REFLECTION OF PAST PERFORMACES AND PRACTICES OF ENTIRE MANAGEMENT OF XECM TO ASTG. I DO BELIVE THAT THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY, WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE DIRECTING IT, IT COULD EXCEL TO BECOME A COMPANY TO BE PROUD OF. AGAIN, THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION. JACK

Dan. I'm not going to argue with you. I don't know anything about Exten, AT&D, or treasure whatever. I never sold you any of those stocks. As for Maesa, I invested in that stock, my brother did, my father did and so did my grandmother. They all lost money on it as well as myself. No matter what my opinion is and what actually happened, I'm not going to argue about it. You have your opinions, I have mine. As for your refund: Since you want to be a smart ass about it, you paid $19.95, I refunded you $29.95, so you made money on your investment without even trading any stock. So don't ever say you lost money with Jayne Lanza!
