Thanks, David. I was going to go back and listen to fill in the blanks myself and you've saved me an hour. much appreciated.
Also, for the LL TPP fax. many thanks.

have you any idea why Halifax was not mentioned? also, I thought there was a third plant in the Oshawa-Niagra-? financing package.
I was hoping it was in the NYC vicinity...Staten Is?

On an up note, I find it encouraging that Tom Carter is still in, apparently. Don't remember how I found him (about 2-3 years ago) during my initial DD. He worked for Alex Brown @ the time, and like many of us, had gotten a number of people involved in TT. Believe he represented 200k-300k shares at a time when the OS were much lower. he was an excellent source of info @ the time, seemed very honest.

I always meant to dish him some business. He's since taken an advancement and moved to Dean Witter. I'll try to touch base w/him to get his feeling on TT at this juncture.

Spoke to Don McKiernan last week, Birkelbach Securities. TT was the subject of a few TT newsletter pieces he issued for Birkelbach, also 2-3 years ago. He said that he and a number of clients are still in, and holding long term. He has managed to transform most of the shares he represents into freebies by playing the pops along the way. Seems many people have been educated by TT...

Tom G, I know you're still out there, looks like you're becoming a TT veteran also. Not knocking you in the least, matter of fact your diligence and enthusiasm are laudable. But lotsa projections about the number of plants by year end are even being squooshed by Rene. I remember many folks pushing 7-12+ plants by end of CY98...not sayin' it couldn't happen, but...

Also really wonder why Rene would've forgotten TT's "showpiece" Richmond plant on his list of commissioneds for end of FY99...

TA: Would anyone like to comment on the Chaikin Oscillator? See it matching the most recent spike, though it's a ways off the 6 month high ~10,000.

Mr Pickering, David;

Since as of 4 PM PST we have yet to have any announcement from the company on the financing package that was due any "minute" and since you seem to be a major conduit to the company, would you care to comment on just what the heck you think is going on?

We have had this dangled in front of our noses for months, as well as the "USF deal". What the heck is going on? Is this just more of the Langely two step, hide the pea, pluck the rubes?

Conference calls, 3 of them, plus one on the cuff. So what has happened to all of the big things on the horizon?

BTW, what's the story on the TV program that was announced by CC? What's this cost? Free?

Regards
