FranW, thank you VERY MUCH for that info. I was reading that last night as I was doing research trying to see if my theory of manipulation in TSIS stock price had any credibility. It was just a theory, folks, but after some excellent public and private posts, and many hours of research on my own, I'm convinced that:

TSIS AS A COMPANY IS DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO MANIPULATE THEIR STOCK PRICE, IN ANY WAY!!!

Thank you all for your great info. It was an education for me.

But that leaves the question of why the price just won't rise even on news that would send many other BB's stocks up 50% or more. Here are the most likely causes, because I'm sure there's more than one reason.

1. MM shorting (read FranW's great posts just before this one!)
2. Short term speculators who sell on any reasonable run for TSIS.
3. The wait for hard numbers on TSIS.

I stand very much by what I said yesterday for TSIS in June. The GTE contract is huge. It's a new avenue for revenue and an expansion of TSIS services. The financials will be out in June and, ALTHOUGH THEY WON'T BE SPECTACULAR, they will show that TSIS is profitable and has a great cash flow starting up. They will show the VERY POSITIVE FOUNDATION that TSIS has set for the next quarter and subsequent quarters.

The TSIS train will begin to pull away from the station in June, and MM's manipulation will continue, but at a less EFFECTIVE RATE, because too many people will begin to HOLD TSIS LONGER TERM, and MM's can't be nearly as effective when WE ALL HOLD.

Best Regards,

R. Gates

Fran, et al,
Thankfully this has been posted on several threads. I have been in this stock for several months with increasing frustration and positions, as good news and lowering prices have occured. Obviously this stock is being manipulated, but the fundamentals have encouraged me to buy along the way with each crater, (I prefer this term to dip). Att, Lucent, GTE, Seagate; I'm sold, even without a patent; first entry, without a patent, but good management and ongoing profits. I am here for the long haul.
