Regarding the time it takes for first time SEC filings on Edger: Another stock I watch, ARET, sent their first reports to the SEC on Thursday 4/9/98. These were the 1996 and 1997 10K's. They were posted on Monday 4/13/98 on Edger. So, it is reasonable to assume that FAMH's 10K will be posted on Edger 2 business days after being sent to the SEC. I just hope we don't have to wait until 4/9/99 for FAMH's 1997 and 1998 10K's. Lurker
