Response from Joe Lanza TJS, I think what Jayne stated is right, and my usefulness is nearing an end. Dennis Casey and Dehbra Leonard have shown that they care. In my opinion the company is ready to do something, if Joe V had not done what he did with Proctor. Joe V does not want the work that it will take, and Dennis Casey wants recognition. I think the shareholders should clean house, including yours truly, and beef this company up with bright technical people. No one has all of the answers, and no one can do it all, but Dennis Casey has done a pretty good job. However, it could be a lot better. Joe Lanza
