Ravi, Mohan, JPR and David, in particular:

Any comments?

This is from WSJ (5/30/98):

The architect of Pakistan's nuclear program, Abdul Qadeer Khan, was quoted Saturday in the English-language newspaper, The News, as saying that Pakistan's nuclear weapons program is more sophisticated than India's.

"I would say that they have used the old technology of plutonium from spent fuel, whereas we have used enriched uranium, which is much more
sophisticated and a safer process," Mr. Khan was quoted as saying.

<< Lorena Bobbitt to be India's Family Planning Chairman or some top position to keep Indian population under control :=).. >>

Consider the intricate spreads, turnarounds, folds, tucks, & knots of LONGOTTA: Each geographic region in INDIA has its own version of LONGOTTA . No one person can become an expert at undoing the spreads, turnarounds, folds, tucks, and knots of a complicated LONGOTTA to get to the LINGUM. Your suggestion is a Good cutting edge technology, but very impractical because of the complex LONGOTTA. The Indian probably knows in his mind that a complex LONGOTTA is LINGUM saver. It is as complex as the protein folds.
