<An island of optimism in a sea of gloom:> I know I have talked about Taiwan being strong, and long term I am still bullish like your Forbes article, but a couple of weeks ago I heard that month to month utilization numbers were way off from a friend in the business. The following recent post was nearly a duplicate of what he had said. Does anyone know if the utilization numbers in Taiwan fluctuate this much normally or seasonally?
