S elina,all we are seeing in this debate are alleged complaints from Dr Summers against Steve Rash and the current mgt!Then we as concerned stockholders enter into the dialogue with pure conjecture and opinion. No one has heard from the current mgt team or Mr. Rash.How can we enter meaningful discussion when he is the only person who really knows the truth! We will not hear from Mr Rash or anyone else in my opinion until his attorneys have won the law suit or lost the law suit. I feel very comfortable about the longterm mgt skills of Mr Rash. Had I not, I certainly would not have given any of my hard earned dollars to the Co.We as shareholders should let the court decide who is telling the truth and go on with life!All this discussion is only going to scare off the small investors who do not have the vision to see the bright future for ABMI.Airing the dirty laundry is doing nothing for any of us who have invested in the Co. It was apparent that the stock price started to slide when this hit the thread.Do we want to throw gas on the fire ? I say no lets move on and wait for a court of law to decide and then live with the decision! Open debate is only profitable if both sides are available and in this case only one side is doing the bitching . I am sure Steve Rash is just chomping at the bit to respond with his side of the story but for now has to turn the other cheek. Justice will prevail.Can we all give this a rest? I posted this on the Yahoo thread! We are shooting ourselves in the foot letting Dr Summers tell only his side of the story.! Do we want to tank our Co? Jim
