I refer you to Hashimi's letter he posted from the SEC . The 2-11 concerns have nothing to do with the points of contention you raised, and in fact MM Hill-Thompson is making RMIL trades and the company is auditing the 10K.
Your references are vague. I would be happy to respond to them 1 at a time if you desire. I must warn you tho', I must be leaving shortly, so I will address as many ponts of contention as time allows.
