To all.
Been lurking here. I have been in ICVI for a while, and have an understanding of the industry. Independent "oil and gas" men will sometimes jump on "behind the casing" reserves if the recovery method is sound and profitable. Some may not depending on their capital and or positions. ME has aquired a (I am in on that tech also) a fairly new method of evaluating these reserves. (this may have already been mentioned somewhere in an earlier post, I am not sure). IMO, this is not a bad investment. Macker and all have done their DD, as have I. I do not endorse or recommend someone buying this secruity. Book values and assets (liquid or not) are the business of the company, and are subject to auditors (as good as that may seem) But be mindfull of some facts. The companies fundamentals are sound for the sake of being un-audited. ME has made a "position" move. What Energy company merges with a floating casino? without a reason? Shell. Sure. Mountain Energy has takin the "gamble" and is going to get what Mountain Energy wants. A full blown intro into the market. And some of us get to ride. If I have stated some things that have already been stated, forgive me. Remember, this is just my take on this company. Mountain, go for it guys and gals. You have earned it!!
