Joe, when I started posting to this thread (and GPGI's thread) I was approached by Monlte to help with extraction, he executed my standard Non Disclosure Agreement. Before I decided to even start talking with CHIP and get into more details, I studied CHIP's financial structure and discovered the means by which he ended up with more than 75% of the company. This was sufficient for me to put as much distance between the two of us, so I never executed the NDA nor talked to him again (nor participated in discussions of CHIP's merits and demerits on the CHIP SI thread, disqualifying myself as "biased"). Anything else you would like to know? For instance the color of my briefs? <VBG>. Zeev
