Don,

Back in January GMTC issued a press release, that referred to MGAM's trouble with the Justice Dept. and said they would delay bringing out their version of a similar game. The press release was not well written and some of the news agencies, including the Wall Street Journal, reported that GMTC was raided. The corrections did not receive much notice and the stock dropped precipitously. The suit was announced soon thereafter and in my opinion has absolutely no basis in fact, but you should look it over to satisfy yourself.

The company is building its staff to allow it to grow to the next level. As word gets out I can't help but believe the market will value the stock more appropriately.

I would add that another cause for the drop was the announcement of abandoning a project in Guam due to a typhoon, and TSBN was a mistake.

You are right about the numbers, and about the lawsuit. This stock is a steal. I think what has kept it at bargain prices is that GMTC seems to be painted in with the other bingo related companies that aren't doing so well. There hasn't been much volume and certainly very little in the way of announcements. They just keep concentrating on core business which is increasing. A look at the 10Q's show that sales are increasing, market share increasing, and profits will be increasing after the lawsuits, and when the increased staffing start producing.

I think that after another few quarters under their belt with more accurate projections is all that will be needed to keep interest in the stock. Tgs is the GMTC distributor in Texas, which is the largest bingo market. GMTC has a 65% market share and is growing (see some of tgs59's posts). They've also added some staff this quarter to position for the next growth spurt (from 10Q).

I suggest you read the entirety of Rosario's posts. His angst stems from a "vendetta" against tgs because tgs posted some negative (although entirely accurate) posts in the AGTI forum. This nonsense has been going on for a bit now. A quick read of the AGTI and GMTC threads for the last 2 months should give the perspective. BTW, I know tgs59, and find him very forthcoming and a valuable source of industry information. (most of the time he'll even show you how and where to verify the information!)

BTW - how did you hear about GMTC? Also, do you follow any other gaming stocks? What other companies do you like? Feel free to PM if you don't want the info public.

Good trading next week!
