I was just starting to feel better about that one because he missed the run up in January so I figured that he must really have been pressed. He has publicly stated that he intends to by back some convertables and a sale of about a million shares would free up just about the right amount of cash for that purpose. My real question is, could these numbers possibly be correct? I thought insider filing requirements were fairly impossible to get around I thought if an insider sold they HAD to file.

There is some talk on Yahoo about a mysterious MEDUSA project that will really blow my socks off. It's doubly suspicious to me that the first mention I would hear of these two things would be on the same day, just after a poor (but no worse than I expected) earnings report.
