When I read the recent press release carefully, all I see there is that their software is available for licensing. Are there other real FACTS I'm missing?

Now, when I ask myself why would a company issue a release like this one, with essentially no real factual information, the obvious answer seems to be "to get the stock price up."

To me, implied in a release like this is ... the stock will NOT be going up based on the company's actual performance. If it would be, then why not wait and report REAL fiscal news? What's the rush? Solid performance will send this stock to its rightful level. Hype will allow insiders to sell quickly at a price that will most likely never be realized by performance.

And that's why this company is a BB stock. Great story, suspect substance.

For a similar story with even more substance, check out
GWRX. They had/have the handheld OS that was supposed to relegate Windows CE into oblivion. Even had it installed in several Nokia and Brother products. They ended up selling diddlysquat. The story got the stock up to 15. Insiders got out. Buyers at 15 are wondering how it could be selling at $4 today, with such a great story.
