I have just initiated merger discussions with Mel. At this stage he is requesting majority board representation and is only offering me the Chaiman's position of the merged threads. At this stage I have to unfortunately advise my fellow thread followers that unless Mel shows more flexibility I may have to pull out of the negotiations.
