Hans, I Think that for the money and features metastock is your best value. Advanced GET goes beyond metastock with its entensive toolbox of gann, fib, and eliot tools. For $300.00 metastock is a more affordable yet extrememly powerful TA tool. You might want consider something like TC2000 or Quotes Plus to start with as they provide data, scanning and rudimentary charting. Both can be used to feed Metastock, Supercharts, Wow, GET, Tradestation, AIQ and Others more sophisticated packages.... Sean
