The previous proxy showed beneficial ownership as of Sep 30, 1997. On Sep 30, 1997 FIBR was at $4.09. The one filed just yesterday showed beneficial ownership as of Apr 30, 1998. On April 30, 1998 FIBR closed at $4.31, a difference of 22 cents. Are you saying that 22 cent diffewrence in the price of Osicom affected over 1 million shares? I don't think beneficial ownership is calculated the way you describe but that's what your argument is.
