D, You'll probably hear the annual results presented, have Art present his outlook, have a chance to ask questions of the Officer Team, get fed a light lunch, get some mementos and possibly have a chance to chit-chat with the Sr Management team while eating lunch. If you're unlucky, you may also see an "Activist" do everything possible to disrupt the flow of the meeting in addition. If you've never been to an annual meeting, it's interesting. If you have some questions that you'd like answered directly by officers of the company, this is your one chance to ask each year. Ian.
