I always thought forward splits caused the price to go up, or does that work only for large companies like Microsoft, Dell, Compaq?? Nothing fundamentally changes, yet investors go nuts. I've even heard there are beeper services that alert investors to stock splits.

But then again, this stock is still on the OTC-BB, so who knows?? Forward splits are still an extremely rare action for a BB stock.
