You are correct. Per the specifications - "...NAV represents the aggregate closing market value of the underlying portfolio of S&P 500 securities in the SPDR Trust plus any accrued dividends, minus accumulated Trust expenses on a per SPDR basis"

Did you catch the show today? I would appreciate any summary comments that anyone could provide.

According a somewhat dated prospectus, the SPDRs have an expense fee which is set to cover the expenses which at the time was 0.1845% plus a trustee fee of 0.11%.

The long term investor using SPDR's should be aware that the SPDRs have a mandatory termination date of Jan 22, 2118. <g>
