Dan L: I won't push you about words like kaleidoscope and illusional facts. But you must understand these are conclusions and what I need are specific instances so that I can understand and try and respond. When someone presents me with specifics, and I find them persuasive, I listen...carefully. This is one of the main reasons JL drives me crazy. He never gets down to to specifics. But one of his posts today started making the attempt and I expect JV, et al. to read it carefully. But now I digress. If you are serious about making an offer for AIRSTAR that is FABULOUS and FAIR TO ALL THE SHAREHOLDERS you have found very willing ears. But please be specific. Best Wishes. Wes

Mr. Dan L: If you are sincere and are considering tendering an offer, and would like to contact a shareholder who could not agree with you more regarding the current slate of directors and ASTG management, please contact me at <<saclac@hotmail.com>>. I must say, even though you've disclaimed the materiality of your identity here, given the import of the contemplated transaction, the fact you are posting here gives me pause. Any other faction, that being current management/BOD, FIG, as well, I'm all ears. That's where to get me. As far as TWELVE CENTS is concerned, you don't have my vote. TO ANY SHAREHOLDERS OR GROUPS OF SHAREHOLDERS initiating suit, or considering so, I'm ready. Another suit is the last thing the company needs, especially given the way the existing litigation has been handled (so I'm told)
