Just to cheer you lot up, in 1986 when the market crashed, Sarich
shares had a year-high of Australian $5.-
They did pretty well when the overall market was in reverse.
Let's see what the next few months will bring. The market will go down
even if Yeltsin or the Pope stay healthy. This is because the asian meltdown, the Russian financial crisis and the Y2k problem will finally hit home. (only my own observation)

If it weren't for Europe and North America, I'd be selling.

And that's the truth. Asia is just too unstable to count on. Fortunately, we know that 4 stroke is alive and well. But stock prices are very impressionistic. Never in history have so many stocks been trading so far from the value suggested by their fundamentals. For every stock that goes up too much on "news" there's one that goes down too much. Look how "news" has affected AENG and BAAT. Goofy perceptions. These Asia issues are particularly perilous for OE. All stocks would suffer should things escalate. But OE would pay dearly, as 4 stroke is currently a no-show. Right now OE is still primarily associated with marketing clean 2-strokes in these markets. That's my point.
