The biggest project ever has no masterplan, no central coordination,
no standards, no integrated testplan and a fixed date.

And still people don't understand that it is very hard to spent
hundreds of millions in a very short time-frame, for example
GM that has to spent $500 million in 2 years. This is an almost
impossible job because of coordination problems.

Anyhow, let's hope the guy is right. Let's act as if he is not.
