Here's a source from Ziff-Davis:

Though it turns out it likely won't come to pass -- would derail the private sector's efforts.

MR.F. surely you must have me confused with someone else as I have only been on SI little more than a month.Hardley enough time to tell who's right or who's wrong. Story on SI to-day's Y2K clippings titled UNCLE SAM WANTS YOU. I"ve told you in the past I try to keep an open mind on both sides of the issue. I only post what I feel to be facts and leave fear mongering and rumors to the more experienced. I only started posting when I finally got fed up reading lies /slander and realized the small investor was being duped out of their holdings to further the profits of the prophets of gloom, you know what I mean? I take it is a compliment that you think I'm being paid I am not however.Could you give me a couple examples on the right vs. wrong issue. As to Forecross Ido think it will live long and prosper especially when it leaves the VSE shortly to go to a real exchange, not controlled by Howe ST. maggots with their boiler room tactics.
