JEFF:A politician say's Draft is not going to happen, politicians don't lie right.Talk about a hoax.Where there is smoke there is fire and usually something cooking.Alway's smoke around politicians.

Again: this issue has been discussion at depth at c.s.y2k last year; the general opinion was that Draft is not effective at all. Discussion was closed at c.s.y2k. (b.t.w. it is really interesting to see that c.s.y2k posters are in many respects 'at the front of y2k thinking'. Many new issues are discussion at that site for the first time (at least visibly on the Web). After some time these discussions appear at other places and sites (e.g. SI ;-)). I can see this because I follow c.s.y2k since August 1997; and copy/post some interesting things on SI. Regards, John
