In this reverse split how many shares does each company have? Lets say each has 100,000,000 and a reverse of 1-10 we would then have a two million share company and over $1. Private placement houses would then look at the stock. Also a great news release after all is said and done. Example: DDIM last year I was in did almost the same thing. Bought at $1.50 rode it to $3.25 did a 1-3 reverse bringing it to $9.75 and took off to $55 a shr. in 45 days. IMHO, I think that a 1-10 is a bit high but worth it to ride out their business plan. MSS
