Why, after all these years, is everyone "suddenly" impatient?

1. GDI is getting press - but not for OE.
2. OE's investor relations projected that a major European auto manufacturer would announce their intent to use OE technology, possibly as soon as March, but probably in April (of 1998). Of course this was off the record, but it became common knowledge among the "enthusiast" investors.
