Glad you brought up that pre and post split stuff Steve. I truly appreciate when you raise my issues for me.

September 4, 1997 33,263,000 shares
December 18, 1997 43,985,030 shares
January 9, 1998 44,485,300 shares
February 5, 1998 49,485,030 shares

Company does reverse 20:1 split

February 5, 1998 2,474,251 shares (49,485,030 pre-split equivalent)
February 12, 1998 3,779,639 (75,592,780 pre-split equivalent)
April 24, 1998 5,662,441 (113,248,820 pre-split equivalent)
May 8, 1998 8,064,790 (161,295,800 pre-split equivalent)

Thanks for reminding me to post those numbers Steve.

Offie

PS I guess the company left their 50,000,000 authorized number rather than reducing it in the 20:1 reverse split.
