But, I guess you meant to imply that by using the quotation marks. The question is, has the tech sector entered into a bear phase, or correction. I think we are seeing a correction that is needed in order to get the pe's back to historical norms. Not so sure that we are entering a bear in the tech sector. JMO Stock Bull
