Raise. The economy is too strong to lower interest rates, and at the last Fed meeting, they moved to a raise bias. Without Asia's agonies, they would have raised interest rates already. The US economy is right now incredibly strong, and Asia won't overwhelm it, so no need to lower interest rates. If Asia or something doesn't slow it down some, however, the Fed will eventually raise interest rates.
