Personally, I buy Naz stocks at their lows for the reasons in the article. Naz has habit of going very overbought to very over sold. You can make a lot more money trading these in the short term than the NY or AMEX. Lesson to me, buy when the market hates it and news like the article you posted become the word.

Yes, I've seen that Forbes article a zillion times.

There have been a lot of reforms since the time that article was written. Not enough, but a lot.

For example, MMs phone are now "tapped" by NASDR, which can randomly listen to their phone conversations.
