First let me start by congratulate you on a great reporting during your E3 visit.
After reading your notes and others, I made my own conclusion.
I believe that TDFX position in this rapidly growing market is still strong regardless INTC and MSFT. TDFX current price is very undervalue and soon the street will recognize it and smart MM will accumulated rapidly. The Market sell off in the recent weeks coupled with lack of Power houses to support TDFX and the confusion over second offering along with that, two brokerage houses that support TDFX are facing mergers, which contributed to the lack of support of the stock. I believe that Wall Street will recognize soon the importance of this rapid growing area and will soon favor this sector. As a matter of fact Goldman already recommended CREAF and put it on their recommended list with $40 price target.

everyone give me a round of applause- I went out and purchased a card today.. I live just outside of New York city, and went to the compu-usa. Lots of Diamond 8mb cards but no 12mb. Also, no creative labs 12mb in stock either. I ended up buying the black magic card - they had 4 of those in stock.

Cant really sayhow great it is yet since I have to wait until next weeks computer show to upgrade my system. Im currently using a 100mhz compaq and the v-2 is worth more than the computer. A fellow 'shopper' saw me in the software isle with the card and couldnt resist adding his .02 saying the v-2 is incredible.

so now TDFX has even MORE of my money. boy oh boy!

I was wondering why they said they did not feel they had to show Banshee at the show.

1) Could their be negative impact by showing it?
2) Do they have a deal that they are not ready to disclose which would not make them desperate to show it?

What I have noticed from TDFX is that they either have a great deal of confidence that they will overcome the price disintegration with the next announcements or they could don't care if the stock goes to $5. I would hope they want continued success. IBD shows as of June 1 edition that 18% of management owns the company which is fairly large.

Would you agree?

In addition, I have noticed that the more they are silent and to themselves (i.e. Earnings, Banshee) the more I believe they have something good up their sleeve which they feel will more than offset the price decline. When everyone was concerned about the earnings releases not coming in as good they kept quiet and blew everyone away.

If Riva is such a threat I would think that TDFX would have already addressed the issues publicly to offset the PR. If Microsoft and Intel are threats I would think that TDFX's management is sharp enough to recognize what they need to do to work within everyone's best interest. Microsoft and Intel can swallow TDFX so why would TDFX tick them off?

I do believe a loyal stockholders that we need some questions answered from either IR or the CFO as to what they are doing to bring the stock price back up. (i.e. Do they have a plan in place to achieve more institutional support to get more stable price movements.)

Any comments greatly would be appreciated.
