I found a post on Yahoo Finance referencing the following link: "http://infoquik.com/emerging.htm" It is good to see an effort is being made to get the word out on EDIS. From the share price mentioned I expect this information has been displayed for some time.

Although a NASDAQ Small Cap listing would be a big improvement, a NASDAQ NNM listing is what is really needed. In this instance a reverse split is definitely in the best interest of the shareholder. The time to be suspect of a reverse split is when a company is already listed, under those circumstances I believe they are are almost always bad. Additionally, the fact that they already use a major accounting firm and choose to fully report to the SEC should expedite any effort to be listed.
